About these terms
resumee is run by [TO FILL IN: name or company name of the operator], [TO FILL IN: address] ("we"). By signing in or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
The service
resumee reads a CV you upload, builds a profile you confirm, and writes a resume tailored to a job posting you select, using AI models. A browser extension lets you start this from any page. Price: [TO FILL IN: whether the service is free or paid, and the price].
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from the Account page.
Your content
- Your CV and your resumes stay yours.
- You give us permission to process them, including by sending them to the AI providers described in the privacy policy, only to provide the service to you.
- Upload only content you have the right to use. If it includes other people's personal data, you must be allowed to share it.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to produce false or misleading applications;
- try to get around the monthly limit, rate limits or any other protection;
- send automated bulk requests, or probe the service for weaknesses;
- upload files that contain malware.
Limits
The number of resumes you can generate is limited each month; your archive shows what you have used. We may change limits as the service evolves.
AI output is your responsibility
We take steps to keep resumes faithful to your profile, but AI can still make mistakes. Read every resume before you send it. We do not guarantee that a resume will pass any screening system or lead to an interview or a job.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
[TO FILL IN: limit on our liability, if any] Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by [TO FILL IN: governing law]. Disputes go to [TO FILL IN: competent court], without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in your country.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: [TO FILL IN: privacy contact email].
