Who is responsible

What we collect
- Your Google account details. Name and email address, received when you sign in with Google.
- Your CV. The PDF or DOCX file you upload, and the profile we extract from it and you confirm: contact details, experience, education, skills and anything else the CV contains.
- Job postings. The text, address and title of the posting you select when you ask for a resume.
- Your resumes. The tailored resumes we generate and their PDF files.
- Technical data. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and your language choice. Our logs record the route, the type of error and internal ids. They never contain the text of a CV or a posting.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To provide the service you asked for: reading your CV, generating and storing resumes, managing your account. Basis: performing our contract with you.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, including monthly limits and rate limits. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
- To meet legal obligations. Basis: the law.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train models.
Who receives it
- Anthropic and OpenAI process the content of your CV and of the posting to read your CV, tailor the resume and check it. Tailoring and checking steps do not receive your contact details.
- Google handles sign-in.
- Hosting, database and storage providers keep the data and files: [TO FILL IN: hosting, database and storage providers, with their country].
Anthropic and OpenAI do not train their models on data sent through their business APIs. They may keep requests for up to 30 days to detect abuse, and we have not asked for zero retention. We ask OpenAI not to store requests. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the providers' data processing terms, which include standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile, files and resumes until you delete them or your account. Deleting a resume removes it and its file. Deleting your account removes your files and every record linked to you. Backups are kept for [TO FILL IN: how long backups are kept].
Your rights
You can:
- download your data as JSON from the Account page;
- correct your profile, or upload a new CV;
- delete resumes, or your whole account, from the app;
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use your data, and receive it in a portable format.

Cookies and storage
We only use what the service needs: a session cookie, and a cookie and a browser storage entry that remember your language. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Automated generation
Resumes are written by AI models from your confirmed profile. Nothing is decided about you by this process and no legal effect follows from it: you review each resume and choose whether to use it.
Security
Each account can only reach its own data. Files are stored privately and are served through links that expire after a few minutes.
Changes
We will update this page when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
